Financial Aid

  • Federal and Private Loan Eligibility

Master’s degree students are eligible for private and federal loans. Graduate certificate students are not eligible for federal financial aid but may be eligible for private loans. Nondegree seeking students are not eligible for federal or private loans. Please contact our Financial Aid Coordinator about possible private student loan eligibility.

Minimum credits for eligibility for financial aid:

    • Fall and Spring = 5 credits
    • Summer = 4 credits

To ensure federal funds are disbursed by the tuition due date, students seeking federal aid should:

    • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as early as possible
    • Complete steps through FAFSA and UF’s One.UF in a timely manner
    • UF’s Federal School Code is 001535.
